Choosing the order of markets
Start where you already have signals: existing traffic, shipping options, language skills and a competitive offer. A country with visitors but no local checkout is an expensive choice.
Limit yourself to one or two markets at a time. Two markets running well beat six running at half speed.
Local publisher landscape
Germany leans on comparison and cashback sites, France on content and codes, the Nordics on newsletters and niche media. Knowing the dominant publisher types saves months.
Use local terms and payment rhythms. Publishers prefer partners who understand their market and pay on time.
Language, price and trust
A local or multilingual shopping experience lifts conversion and makes publishers easier to convince. Think language, currency, shipping cost, returns policy and local payment methods.
Trust signals differ per country. What is enough at home is often just short of enough in Germany or France.
Cost per country in view
With us each market costs €299 per month plus a 3% performance fee on affiliate revenue in that market. You only pay for countries you are actually active in.
That keeps expansion a per-market decision: if a country underperforms, you stop it without your whole programme depending on it.
