DIKKE KASSA is a European affiliate marketing agency. We process as little personal data as possible: what you enter in our forms and, only after your consent, aggregated website statistics. Here is exactly what we do and why.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

What we collect

We only collect data you provide yourself or that is technically needed to serve the site.

  • Contact and lead forms: name, email address, company or brand name, selected countries, channel goal, budget indication and your message.
  • Publisher applications: name, email address, website or channel, markets and traffic type.
  • Calculator data: the values you enter (revenue, commission, number of countries) are sent along when you request a quote, so we can build a realistic proposal.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and requested page in server logs, needed for security and debugging.
  • Statistics: page views and conversion events through Google Analytics 4, only after your consent.

Why we process it

Form data is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal and set up the collaboration. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken prior to it.

Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest: a secure, working website.

Analytics is processed on the basis of consent only. Without consent, measurement is off and no analytics cookies are set.

Cookies and measurement

By default we only use functional storage needed to run the site, such as your language choice and selected markets. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent; until then Google Consent Mode stays denied.

Our cookie policy lists per category what we store, for what purpose and for how long.

Retention

Leads and applications are kept while the conversation is live and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless a client relationship starts. Records covered by statutory bookkeeping obligations are kept for seven years. Server logs are kept briefly, normally no longer than 30 days.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell data. We only share with providers needed to deliver the service, such as EU hosting and database storage, email and — after consent — Google Analytics.

When we manage an affiliate programme for you, we work inside your affiliate software or network. The processing terms we agree with you as a client apply there.

Transfers outside the EU

Our hosting and data storage run inside the European Union. Where a service processes data outside the EU, such as Google Analytics, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and only with your consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights. You can exercise them through our contact form.

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Rectification of incorrect data
  • Erasure of your data
  • Restriction of or objection to processing
  • Portability of your data in a common format
  • Withdrawal of your analytics consent at any time
  • Lodging a complaint with your national data protection authority

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database with row-level access control. Only staff who need the data can reach it.
